I was invited to partake in this graduate student thesis film and passion project. I was responsible for set lighting of the bedroom scene along with the shot lighting and compositing of the following. The film features emotional themes of family and overcoming addiction. As a visual storyteller it is my passion and goal to touch the audience with my work and I wanted to keep that in mind while developing these scenes. The film was entirely created with an online team through communication channels such as discord and Sync Sketch. Special thanks to lead lighters Amanda Skeith and Allie Sargent along with director/production lead Racheal Britton. The film went on to win the 2023 The Rookies Film of the Year.
